Orders and approvals
Customers must verify specifications, artwork, spelling, quantities, prices and delivery details before approval. Customized work may begin after approval and any required advance.
Payments
Payment terms appear on the quotation or invoice. Online payments are collected directly by Cuttack Printwala through its own payment-gateway account.
Customer material
Customers confirm they have permission to use all artwork, text, logos, images and other content supplied for processing or production.
Cancellation and delivery
Cancellations, refunds and delivery are governed by the separately published policies.
Governing law
Indian law applies. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the courts where the company is registered.
